A young 23 year old pregnent woman from Huripur, KPK came in Care Plus Medical Center Islamabad, for her first child birth by Spontaneous vaginal delivery (SVD). Senior Dr. Asma Khan was day incharge of Care Plus Medical Hospital’s Gynecology Department at that time. After checkup Dr. Asma Khan admitted paitient for labor induction procedure every thing was going fine and was administered labour induction medicine.

Due to fetus’s Healthy size, mother got tired of the labour pain and fainted during the SVD procedure. Dr. Asma Khan saw that the mother and child health were in danger. With out delay husband of the patient was informed about the onhand serious situation and with his permission emergency C-Section procedure was adopted.

With grace of Allah the child was dilivered successfully by Dr. Asma Khan, and mothers vitals improved after the Emergency C- Section procedure. Post delivery the child was admitted in NICU for the first 5 Hr for routine checkup, afterwards was joined with the stable mother for the child’s first feed.

Assured and happy mother and child are were discharge healthy from Care Plus Medical Hospital today; after thorough check up of both.
