A 27 year old woman from Islamabad, Federal Capital came in Care Plus Medical Center Islamabad for her emergency checkup due to inability to get get pregnent. Preliminary inspection was done by Head of department of Care Plus’s Gynecology Department Prof. Dr. Nasira Tesneem; After initial checkup paitient was admitted for treatment of her irregulaer periods.

Ultrasound was done during the initial investigation with report pointed towards massive swelling and mass present in the pelvic portion of Paitient. All compliants and symtoms were pointing out issue with paitient’s uterus. Due to busy schedule of Prof. Dr. Nasira Tasneem, she called up for one of her best departmental surgeon Dr. Asma Khan; for emergency Diagnostic Laparoscopic Hysteroscopy (DLH) for checkup of organs health.

Upon reviewing the findings of her Senior colleague; Dr. Asma Khan; quickly showed intent in conducting emergency Diagnostic Laparoscopic Hysteroscopy (DLH) of the patient. Without delay, in emergency news was given to the paitient and her relatives; with their permission emergency Diagnostic Laparoscopic Hysteroscopy (DLH) was adopted.

Dr. Asma Khan upon getting consent for operation procedure from kin, quickly got ready for operation. During DLH every finding was recorded and Tissue samples were also taken for further study inability of getting pregnent of patient, Prof. Dr. Nasira Tesneem was informed and shared information live over the visual monitor about the finding.

 With grace of Allah the operation went successful; Post operation paitient was admitted in Care Plus ICU for the first 24 Hr for routine checkup, afterwards was joined with the relatives for first post operation meet.

After thorough check up today of happy and content patient was discharged from Care Plus Medical Hospital.
