A 32 year old woman from Islamabad, Federal Capital came in Care Plus Medical Center Islamabad for her emergency checkup due to severe pelvic pain. Preliminary inspection was done by Head of department of Care Plus’s Gynecology Department Prof. Dr. Nasira Tesneem; After initial checkup paitient was admitted for treatment of her severe pelvic pain.

Prof. Dr. Nasira Tesneem upon futher investigation, more severe complaints and symtoms were comming up like prolonged periods with excessive Bleeding since july 2024, after misscarriage. Due to busy schedule of Prof. Dr. Nasira Tasneem, she called up for one of her best departmental surgeon Dr. Asma Khan; for emergency Dilation And Curettage (DnC) Procedure to diagnose and treat certain uterine conditions — such as heavy bleeding — or to clear the uterine lining after a miscarriage.

Upon reviewing the findings of her seniour colleague; Dr. Asma Khan quickly showed intent in conducting emergency DnC of the patient.
