A local obese woman in her mid thirties resident of Islamabad, Federal City came in Care Plus Medical Center HQ for her emergency checkup due to severe abdominal pain. Preliminary inspection was done by Head of department of Care Plus’s Gasenterology Department Prof. Dr. Qurratulain Hyder ; After initial checkup paitient was admitted for treatment of her abdominal pain, Tenderness in the upper right abdomen.

Dr. Hyder upon futher investigation, more swear complaints and symtoms were comming up like frequent vomiting, Chills, feeling Tenderness in the upper right abdomen, frequent complain of Fever, attacks of low to intense short to prolonged Abdominal pain, Dark urine, frequent Itching, on and off Diarrhea, Indigestion, excessive Bloating. Ultrasound was done during the initial investigation with report pointed towards massive swelling and gallstones present in the gallbladder of Paitient.

All compliants and symtoms were pointing out issue with paitient’s gallbladder; Dr. Hyder then called up for expert opinion of Care Plus Hospital’s top teir General Surgeon Dr. Asma Tariq; for emergency Diagnostic laparoscopic Procedure (DLP) for checkup of Gallbladder’s health.

Upon reviewing the findings of his fellow colleague; Dr. Asma Tariq quickly showed intent in conducting emergency DLP of the patient. In emergency news was given to the paitient and her relatives; with their permission emergency Diagnostic Laparoscopic Procedure (DLP) was adopted along with Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy if needed.

Dr. Asma Tariq upon getting consent for both operation procedures from kin, quickly got ready for operation. During DLP gallbladder was found with massive swelling, Both Senior Doctors and next of kin were informed and showed them live over the visual monitor about the finding.

With permission from Seniour colleague Prof. Dr. Qurratulain Hyder; who reviewed the finding over the visual monitor. Dr. Asma Tariq continued with Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Procedure; with grace of Allah the operation went successful and paitient life was saved. Post operation paitient was admitted in Care Plus ICU for the first 24 Hr for routine checkup, afterwards was joined with the relatives for first post operation meet.

After thorough check up today of happy and content patient was discharged healthy from Care Plus Medical Hospital.
